Announcement of the General Administration of quality supervision and Quarantine on the announcement of the list of the first batch of imported dairy production enterprises abroad

 
According to the "People's Republic of China food safety law" and "quality inspection administration of dairy import and export inspection and quarantine supervision and management measures" (AQSIQ Decree No. 152nd), "imported food production enterprises registered overseas management regulations" (AQSIQ Decree No. 145th), "on the issue of" imported food production enterprises registered outside of the implementation of the catalogue of the announcement (Announcement No. sixty-second of 2013 "the implementation of the General Administration of quality inspection requirements), import of dairy production enterprises registered overseas related work. The matters concerned are hereby announced as follows:
1. The list listed in this announcement shall be the list of the first batch of registered overseas production enterprises of imported dairy products, as detailed in the information published by the AQSIQ website.
Two, the registration review work is still in progress, in line with the registration requirements of enterprises will be added to the list, and in the AQSIQ website.
Three, from now on, non registered foreign food production enterprises shall not import dairy products.
