Each part of the idle running test before, should check bolt, especially whether the foot bolt fastening vibration motor, with a continuous run 4 hours after each part connecting bolts to be retightened once, again repeated fastening 2-3 times in a week.
Test run to check the two vibrating motors, should make its rotating in opposite directions. When idle running test, check whether the workings of the feeder is smooth, and pay attention to the vibration motor bearing temperature rise, four hours after continuous operation, bearing the highest temperature should not exceed 75 degrees.
Feeder in the transport, storage, vibration motor cover should be sealed, prevent the rain and snow erosion
