F Spiral Classifier
Spiral classifier is a kind of classification device in mineral processing. It is widely used with ball mill to form a closed circuit in concentrator to classify ore sand. Or it can be used in gravity mill to classify ore sand and fine clay. In metal processing flow, it can also classify particle pulp, deal desliming, dehydration work. Spiral classifier uses gravity and centrifugal force to classify particle. It has simple structure, reliable working performance. There are four kinds of spiral classifiers: high weir single spiral, high weir double spiral, submerged single spiral and submerged double spiral. It is assembled by transmission device, spiral, trough, elevating device, lower supporting (liner) and discharge valve.
