In 2008, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decided to impose anti-dumping duties on imports of acetone originating in Japan, Singapore, Korea and Taiwan, with a period of 5 years since June 9, 2008. In 2013, the Tariff Commission of the State Council decided to continue to levy anti-dumping duties during the final review of anti-dumping measures. According to the Ministry of Commerce final review of the investigation results, the Tariff Commission of the State Council decided since June 8, 2014 to the originating in Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan imported acetone to continue levying anti-dumping duties for a period of 5 years. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
Since June 8, 2014, the customs declaration for imports originating in Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan region acetone (tariff No.: 29141100), continue in accordance with the relevant provisions of announcement of the General Administration of Customs in 2008 forty-third and 2010 sixtieth of the anti-dumping duties.
